Dear Mr. Dominy:
You have authorization, in accordance with 15A NCAC 02B .0259, to impact 130 square feet of Zone 2 of
the Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffer, as described in your Riparian Buffer Authorization Form modification
request dated November 4, 2014 and received in this Office on November 5, 2014. This authorization is
for the purpose and design described in your application only. If you change your project you must notify
us and you may be required to send us an application.
This letter does not authorize any impacts to either Waters of the United States or Waters of the State.
Please contact the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or INC Division of Water Resources (DWR) if any
impacts are proposed to either of these waters. If you have any questions regarding or would like to set
