requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the DWR for the subject p;roject. The DWR has
determined that this application is incomplete and cannot be processed, The application is on-
hold until, all of the following information is received-
The proposed shoreline stabilization impacts are for 800 linear feet of shoreline, In order
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for a Nationwide 13. Please send' a copy of this
updated application to DWR and note that you are applying for a Nationwide 13 from the
USACE and a Generail Certification 3885 from the DWR. The Pire-Construction Application

Shoreline Stabilization Form that you originally used. However, each would need to be 501
ft. or less of linear shoreline for stabilization aind each would require a separate application

3. Along with the updated application (s), please send a few photograp of the shoreline that
