I have reviewed the above referenced project and need the following comments/questions addressed to evaluate the proposed activities.

1. Based on a review of the submitted “Wetland and Stream Impacts” exhibits it appears that the proposed project would result in a permanent discharge of fill material within Stream
B located west of Wetland WA-3. It appears that the road slope fill would encroach into the stream channel approximately shown as the red line on the attached “IMP-1” exhibit. Please
update the impact exhibits and the impact table on the PCN to include the proposed impacts to Stream B.
