We originally submitted on 3/24 with the for DWR review only for 401 certification, as there were no wetland impacts. However, the buffer impacts were presented in this PCN. Subsequently, you informed me on 4/21 that I needed to submit a different application form for buffer impacts only, which I did the same day. Essentially, there are three areas of this distribution line project that would have parallel impacts that may require written authorization, in order for the project to proceed. Having lost a month due to the application mix-up has affected the project schedule. So I would appreciate your review at your earliest convenience.
