The project design had to account for existing utilities in the area. The proposed trench will be inside Zone 2 of the 50-ft buffer. The Zone 2 in this area consists of maintained and unmaintained yard and grassy areas. 1b. The proposed trench will be placed in Zone 2 and will be approximately 170 feet long, 30 inches deep and 18 inches wide.
