This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0020460. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled ''Compliance Inspection Report". The following additional items were noted at the time of the inspection: •The access road down to the filter beds is experiencing significant erosion and should be repaired as needed to allow safe access for maintenance. •Continue to maintain the filter beds and clear vegetation as needed. *Repair the loose deck boards at the chlorine contact chamber. This is a safety hazard to the ORC and inspector and should be given priority. Gray Wike (ORC) was present and assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared well operated and maintained at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit NC0020460. The following additional items were noted at the time of the inspection: The facility was observed to have no discharge at the time of the inspection. The ORC stated that the facility has not been observed to discharge during their visits and this is the normal condition. The access road down to the filter beds is experiencing significant erosion and should be repaired as needed to allow safe access for maintenance.
