1. Per [15A NCAC 02U .0201(e)(3)] the applicant shall provide easements running with the land
indicating intended use of the property. Plan Sheet CU101 shows two areas with proposed
temporary construction easements. There are no easements included within the permit application
for these sites. Any required easements shall be included for the construction and operation of the
reclaimed water distribution line. Alternately, the permit can be written under construction only;
however, the attainment of easements shall be a condition within the permit.

1. During review of the permit application, Sheet 1 of the engineering plans designated a Project Area
along Old George Town Road. On Plan Sheet CU108, however, a small section of reclaimed water
line outside of the Project Area has also been included. Per [15A NCAC 02U .0201(c)(1)]
engineering plans for the entire system shall be included. Clarification on whether the section
within Plan Sheet CU 108 is part of the design for this permit, or if the intent is to permit this section
separately, shall be given.
