Signing Official Signature Date Page 2 of 6 FTSE 04-16 NC Dept of Environmental Quality Sewer Project Narrative For Bryson's Ridge Subdivision JUL 19 2022 Raleigh Regional Office Bryson's Ridge Subdivision at Spring Hope is a residential development that consists of 185 lots and will be located on a 71.83 Ac. parcel. The wastewater generated by this residential area was calculated using the daily flow of 80 gal.'day per bedroom per the Residential Flow Reduction Approval letter for WQCS00206 dated 2./312022. The flow allocated per lot is for 3 bedrooms which totals a daily flow for the project of 44,400 GPD. It will consist of 100% residential flow. The sewer system will be constructed of approximately 9,432 LF of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC and 85 LF of 8-inch DIP gravity sewer line including 36 new manholes. The newly permitted system will flow to the existing NC-581 North Pump Station. The pump station will be upsized to handle the additional flow. The NC-581 North Pump Station will flow to the Country Inn Lift Station which will also need increased pump size for the additional flow. Both lift station improvements are listed on the attached permit. The wastewater treatment plant facility that will be handling this flow is the Spring Hope WWTF (Permit # NC 0020061). The permitted flow for the WWTF is 0.4 MGD and after the allocation of the Bryson's Ridge Subdivision's flow the WWTF will be allocated at 57.3% of its total capacity. j I - a.— s NY./ • 84 83 82 81 80 79 L • 5. 1 • •I 15, NiCHOLE RD )1 -V • ?lift 1111111Mv/-111 k 1 %UMW t ,g I r \ 1 . 4 ir N. ▪ L — A Map data ©2022 1 1.
