KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, Bernhard Deutsch, Vice
President and General Manager, OFC, of Corning Optical Communications LLC, a North
Carolina limited liability company ("COC" ), hereby authorizes and empowers Alfredo Anaya,
with effective as of April 1. 2022, retaining full rights of revocation and substitution. to
execute and deliver, for and on behalf of COC, limited to COC's Hickory Manufacturing and
Technology Center (111%4TC), located in 1tickory, North Carolina, the following:
(i) permit applications to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality
(NCDEQ);
(ii) reports and other submissions to NCDEQ;
(iii) environmental permit applications to other state, federal and local authorities; and
(iv) reports and other submissions to federal, state, .and local authorities required to
comply with environmental regulatory requirements.

This Power of Attorney shaA not revoke-auy powers of attorney pmi--viously executed by
the undersigned. This Power of Attorney shall not be revoked by any subsequent power of
attorney that the undersigned may execute, unless such subsequent power of attorney
expressly provides that it revokes this Puwex of Attorney by referring to the date: of the
undersigned's execution of this Power of Attorney and subject hereof.
