Fisher Ferry Operations and we are requesting a NW 35 and 16 permit. It will consist of dredging the State channels and Ferry basins. Approximately 130,416 cubic yards will be removed from the Southport side and approximately 206,075 cubic yards will be removed from the Ft. Fisher side. Both spoil sites are large enough to accommodate the estimated amount of dredged material from their respective sides. NCDOT Ferry Division has a CAMA Major Permit (#561) to perform this activity. I have included a PCN and permit drawing with this letter.
