On November 12, 2014, Katie Merritt with The Division of Water Resources visited the subject site
to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. In attendance with Ms. Merritt was Travis
Hamrick of Restoration Systems, LLC (RS) and Phillip Perkinson of Axiom Environmental. While
onsite, RS provided information showing that the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation
agreed to the long term protection and maintenance of the subject site.
As a result of the site visit, DWR approves this project for close out and no further monitoring is
required.
