Site inspection was conducted on October 10, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Reid
Whitehead, Jamie Mintz, Nick Adams, and Jeff Mayland were present during the inspection. The following are items
that need attention:
-Station L 149+00-150+00 LT - Stabilize slope above JS before forecasted rain. Discussed with Nick.
-Station L 153+35 LT - 164+00 LT - Sediment observed in JS. Needs additional removal. This needs to be removed by
the end of the week. A follow up inspection is scheduled for next week.
-Station 165+00 LT (Site 13) - Pipe extension is ongoing. Ensure that culverts are embedded properly per permit
condition.
