Reid Whitehead, Jamie Mintz, Nick Adams, and Jeff Mayland were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention: -Station L 149+00-150+00 LT - Stabilize slope above JS before forecasted rain. Discussed with Nick. -Station L 153+35 LT - 164+00 LT - Sediment observed in JS. Needs additional removal. This needs to be removed by the end of the week. A follow up inspection is scheduled for next week. -Station 165+00 LT (Site 13) - Pipe extension is ongoing. Ensure that culverts are embedded properly per permit condition.
