The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. The Division appreciates the applicant's efforts to avoid and minimize impacts to jurisdictional features within the project site. However, the Division is concerned that the fill of Wetland K (Impact W1) will impact the hydrology of the wetland and/or stream feature downgradient of the project site. Typically, this concern may be alleviated with the installation of a French drain/underdrain system. Please explain how the hydrology in the wetland and/or stream feature downgradient of Wetland K will be maintained so that the feature(s) may continue to support its existing uses. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(3)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and appropriate fee.
