The changes are as follows: - Three proposed permanent pipe crossings were removed (Impact Sites S4, S5, S7) - One proposed permanent pipe crossing was added (Impact Site S12) - One proposed permanent pipe crossing length was reduced (Impact Site S8) Total Impacts from the original PCN were changed as follows: - Permanent stream impacts were reduced from 144 linear feet to 100 linear feet - Temporary stream impacts were increased from 1,015 linear feet to 1,047 linear feet (44 feet of this is riprap stabilization at the pipes below bed elevation, which is considered permanent by NCDWR) - Total stream impacts were reduced from 1,159 linear feet to 1,147 linear feet Please let me know if you need any additional information, and if a revised Nationwide Permit is required for these changes.
