Based on your permit dated 31 July 2013, Campbell Soup can construct both the 3.87 million and the 26.26 million
gallon lagoons. Since B Field has wastewater currently in it, any water that the grading contractor encounters in his
excavations within the footprint of B Field (berm, floor, etc.) should be pumped to the equalization tank for
management as wastewater (unless the water encountered is sampled consistent with the parameters of the CS permit
to determine if the water can be discharged as groundwater). -
Your photo (specifically the lines you referenced) is not clear concerning which berm(s) you are speaking of. Since I
haven't had the opportunity to see the site since grading has begun, I will try and leave the office this morning around
10:30 to visit the site. If you are available and have some time to meet around 11:15/11:30, I will meet you at the
workshop to discuss.

Jim, Below is a current picture of B Field. We are finishing up the small lagoon, and will start the liner the week Sept
16. Can we proceed to remove the berm for the original B Field. This will allow the dirt contractor to continue work on
the rest of the berm for the large lagoon. We currently have about 50,000 gallons in B field as of right now.
The lines through B field show where we want to remove the berm. In both areas they have completed the berm behind
, those sections. So water if any goes to B field will not leave that foot print.
