I am the owner of Tri-M Facilities, LLC. We were in hopes to open the wood yard back up at
some point in time to continue to be a buying site for Moncure Plywood as we were over 10
years ago. On August 12, my husband Roy Wayne Mills died at UNC Chapel Hill after
Catheterization complications. I have made the tough decision to close this site completely and
move on. Jennifer Ryan sent me your name and email to reach out to you to see what I can do
to Rescind the Wet Deck Permit and close it out. I look forward to hearing and working with
