Per your request asking for a status of the Authorization Certificate issued to the Mellon Downs project, we submit the
following information:
1. The Authorization Certificate that was issued by our Division on July 12, 2007 is still valid and will continue be
valid until July 11, 2015.
2. We have concluded that following the stormwater treatment BMP and buffer protection provisions specified on
the "Stream Impact Map" (05/31/07) and on the "General Grading, Drainage, Erosion and Sedimentation
Control Plan" (11/09/07) will satisfy both the Division's stormwater treatment and "Diffuse Flow° requirements
of the 2007 Authorization Certificate.
