Good morning IRT,
*BLUF: On August 26, 2022, Eco Terra Partners, LLC, provided a REVISED draft mitigation plan for the Neuse 01
Umbrella Mitigation Bank, and Auctioneer Forest Mitigation Site (SAW-2020-01752), located in Wayne County in the
Neuse River Basin (8-digit HUC: 03020201). Please note, there have been significant changes to the design, including
size reduction and additional fragmentation. Therefore, the Corps is requesting additional comments on the revised
plan.
This email provides notification for the start of the NCIRT review period for the Draft Mitigation Plan Review in
accordance with Section 332.8(d)(7) of the Mitigation Rule. The 30-day review period will start today, September 28,
2022. Please provide any comments/concerns you have by October 28, 2022.
