ArtB. From: Bob Branch [mailto:bbranch@branchrs.com] Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 9:45 AM To: Barnhardt, Art; 'Hope Walters' - Subject: Use of Spray Water for Dust Suppression Art, I just wanted to verify that it was OK to use the Campbell Soup irrigation effluent as dust suppression during the construction phases of the project. The effluent will, be used on interior roads and on the graded areas as necessary. In the graded areas this is already covered under the wettable acres for the permit. The interior roads are not covered. Application will be performed with a water truck. Thanks for your help in this issue. Please give me a call if there are questions or if we need to modify our approach.
