Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) with an average design influent flow rate equal to or greater than 1.0 MGD. 2. POTW's serving a population of 10,000 or more. 3. Class I (facilities with an approved pretreatment program) sludge management facilities. The Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 is rated as a 3.5 mgd facility. The facility also treats the sludge from two additional plants owned by the authority.
