If you think I should add additional details let me know. In response to your first question, we have made no changes to the final site mitigation plan document (including construction design sheets) submitted on June 10, 2017. Project History A timeline of events is as follows: • September 6, 2017 - Prospectus placed on Public notice • October 20, 2017 - Initial IRT visit conducted • November 15, 2017 - Initial evaluation letter issued • August 2018 - Draft mitigation plan was submitted • June 2019 - Final mitigation plan was submitted • June 25, 2019 - Additional IRT visit conducted • November 1, 2020 — During USACE Property Review two easements with the Yadkin County Soil Conservation Districts were discovered related to the pond within the landowner parcel. • December 4, 2019 - Final mitigation plan and Yadkin 01 UMBI approval given • November 13, 2020 - Green Mesa Mitigation Site Plan Modification and PCN submitted o This plan included restoration through the pond and relocation of the driveway. • January 20, 2021 RES formally withdraw the Green Mesa Mitigation Site Plan Modification and PCN submitted on November 13, 2020. o Additional hurdles in coordination with existing easements on the project parcel that will not allow us to proceed with removing the pond. • May 13, 2022 — EBX became the owner of the dam in question • August 12, 2022 Re -submittal of the 404/401: o This PCN is reverting back to the original approved mitigation plan from December 4, 2019 and the original easement shape. You might recall that a title issue with the existing dam is what caught us up the first i time. After a few years of working with Yadkin County we have been able to release the easement associated with the dam and provide clean title for the conservation easement. I'm reviewing the Green Mesa 401 application. Since the mitigation plan is typically incorporated into the permit application as supplemental information, I just wanted to double check that no changes have been made to the final site mitigation plan document (including construction design sheets) submitted on June 10, 2017. Also, is it possible to get an email or letter giving a brief summary of the project history? With all the back and forth over the past five years, I'd like to have something in our project folder for reference on why there are three permit application files associated with this project. And sidenote, for future 401 application submittals please add the landowner's agent authorization form to your table on contents list. Many thanks, Erin B.
