The area impacted below the high water mark (I'm not sure how to measure the full pond level), is about 5 ft in height, so I guess 300 square feet, and about 2 feet above, 120 square feet.. Does this sound more accurate? First, how long is the shoreline (in linear feet) that you added the rip rap to. Second, I need to know how far both ABOVE and BELOW full pond (760' elevation) did you add the rip rap? You have down 6 sq. ft. of impact BELOW full pond, but that doesn't seem correct. If you could let me know, I can keep processing the application. I did not receive a response so I assume these documents are what you need. I do not have checks with my checking account so is it okay if I send a check separately from my bank, or can I pay with a credit/debit card? I'm not sure what I need to do about the Water Certification and could use some guidance on that. Thanks to you both for patience on this.
