Dear Mr. Beck,
On September 21, 2022, Gary Hudson of this office met with Robert Stowe to perform a
Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced wastewater collection system.
This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site
inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas
that were evaluated during this inspection.
The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. If you have any questions regarding the

*The permit became effective 5/01/2015 and expires on 4/30/2023.
*The pre-treatment coordinator oversees the FOG program.
*Mr. Stowe and his staff do a very good job with record keeping of all maintenance and inspection activities.
*Mr. Stowe provided a good Spill Response Action Plan that needs to be revised and updated.
*The wastewater collection system appeared to be very well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during
this inspection.
*The Regal Road Pump Station, the Wentworth Street Pump Station, and the Wentworth Street Aerial Line were inspected.
