This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. A renewal application was submitted on 03/11/2021. *A FOG flyer is mailed in utility bills twice per year. *A Capital Improvement Plan was provided that extends to 2023 and is in the process of being updated. *Mr. Philips and his staff do a very good job with record keeping of all maintenance and inspection activities. *Mr. Philips provided a good Spill Response Action Plan. *The wastewater collection system appeared to be very well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during this inspection. *The #2 Avenbury Lift Station and the Abington High Priority Line were inspected and no discrepancies were noted.
