Our farm, Lynn & Annette Smith Farm (NCA231656) has been under an NPDES
permit since November 2012. This permit is now expiring. We lease our farm out
to my brother-in-law who owns a farm as well and he is a good operator on both
farms. In Tight of this, we would like to change this farm from NPDES Permit
coverage to State General Permit coverage. We all feel this farm would best be
covered under the State General Permit. Are there certain forms we need to
submit to make this change?
