Kevin Mitchell from the Asheville Regional Office conducted the site inspection. Darcel Green and
Charles Green were present during the inspection. The facility was walked from the intake structure
downslope to the outfall. Two basins are being utilized to manage turbidity and sediment. Both appear
to be operating properly.

Is the plant generally clean with acceptable housekeeping?

Solids, pH, DO, Sludge Judge, and other that are applicable?
Some areas of bare dirt were observed from recent maintenance. It was recommended
that these areas be stabilized with vegetation to prevent erosion and soil loss into the
stream.
