Dear Mr. Dumpor:
On November 27, 2007, the City of Goldsboro Engineering Department mailed the
completed Fast -Track Application for the above -referenced sanitary sewer extension.
We also mailed City of Goldsboro Check No. 82602 for $400.00 to cover the sewer
permit application fee.
The Engineering Department was informed by your office on November 30, 2007 that the
sewer permit application fee increased from $400.00 to $480.00. Enclosed is City of
Goldsboro Check 82812 for $80.00 to cover the additional cOst.
