The Division of Water Resources received the Year 5 Monitoring Report for the above - referenced
site, on October 16, 2014.
The Year 5 Monitoring report appeared to indicate that the site was meeting success criteria.
Approval of the monitoring report will be contingent on a site visit by DWR staff to verify the
vegetation data and overall success of the site. Once DWR staff have verified site conditions with
what is provided in the monitoring report, DWR will send a closeout letter. Information regarding
the long term protection and maintenance of the site will also be needed prior to closeout.
