Stormwater Management Narrative

The Cardinal Row project, located on Weddington Road in Weddington, North Carolina, is an B-
lot subdivision on a total site of 13.32 acres. The minimum lot size of this subdivision is 40,000 square
feet and is considered a low -density project. Proposed impervious surfaces will consist of proposed
houses, driveways, sidewalks, and a single private roadway to serve these lots, with total BUA being
approximately 7% of the site area. Any runoff from these impervious surfaces will be treated with
overland flow through vegetated surfaces, including a vegetated stream buffer, and will not require any
additional BMP's for treatment.
