Can you please let me know when you received the additional request from CS. It is
my understanding that the request will consist mostly of cooling towers, heat
recovery equipment and water reuse equipment.

You will probably be getting a revised tax certification request from CS.
The Division of Waste Management did not approve about $7,000,000 of the
request that was send to them by CS so CS will probably be sending some (or
many) of the rejected items to DWQ and DAQ to see if they can get coverage
from either of these agencies.

DWQ, DAQ and DWM are all to have their comments on the Department of
Revenues new Guidelines to them by today. They are to then schedule a
follow-up meeting to discuss all the recommendations within a week or
two. Hopefullywe will have some good guidance for the regions by
early November.

I'm not aware of Mr. Hicks request nor the issue of lack of
spraying. The last correspondence that the FRO has had relating to
Badin Shores was notification from the past ORC, Tim Williamson,
that he had been terminated along with the operations manager, Mark
Weiss. Mr. Hicks was the former back-up ORC and is now the primary
ORC. The FRO staff has contacted by phone and left messages for
