THE DEVELOPER OR HIS AGENT SHALL CONTACT THE DESIGN ENGINEER WHEN THE BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE(S) ARE CONSTRUCTED AND ABOUT TO BECOME OPERATIONAL SO A FINAL INSPECTION CAN BE PERFORMED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN CAN BE PERFORMED. 2.
