Re: Preliminary JD Application and Riparian Buffer Authorization Form for Capital Blvd Sidewalk
project in Raleigh, NC
Hello Karen,
Enclosed you should find a copy of the Preliminary JD application and Riparian Buffer Authorization
Form for the Capital Blvd Sidewalk project located in Raleigh for your review. I have also sent these
forms to the Raleigh regional office of the US Army Corps of Engineers. It's a pretty straightforward
project — the City of Raleigh is adding a sidewalk along a long section of Capital Blvd as part of general
improvement efforts along that corridor. Please feel free to contact me if you have any specific
questions about the site. Thank you for your time on this matter.
Sincerely,
Scott King
