Joel,
There was a power outage on Tuesday morning, November 11, 2008. The electric company lost power therefore
the flow diverted to B Field. The flow was diverted to B Field from 12:45 AM until 3:05 AM. This power was
restored and the sprayfield system was back on line within two hours and twenty minutes.
All of the flow was contained within B Field, there was no overflow or run-off. I estimate there is about 300,000
gallons sent to B Field.

The general maintenance on the DAF tank was performed and placed back in service on Monday,
December 17, 2007. This work was covered under Campbell Soup Supply Company, Permit #
WQ0003626.

SubjectDAF Unit Down For General Maintenance
Campbell Soup Supply Company, Permit # WQ0003626 needs to perform general maintenance on the
DAF Unit. We will need to take the DAF Unit at the Plant down for general maintenance. We will
begin draining the tank on Saturday, December 15, 2007 and will place it back in service on Monday,
December 17, 2007. Lorraine Sampson, Environmental Coordinator for the plant spoke with Joel
Shields this afternoon regarding this and he instructed us to follow up with an email. We will contact
you as soon as the DAF unit is placed back in service.
