Inspection Type: Field Audit Inspection Reason for Visit: Routine
Inspection Summary:,
Campbell Soup had replaced themetal pipe I observed during my field audit inspection on January 30, 2009 and had
installed a larger plastic corrugated pipe. The pipe was set at a steeper angle than the previous pipe so that one end of
the pipe was at the bottom of the drainaige ditch. The other end was 6-8" below ground level and visible making the
water channel faster to the, pipe. The runoff from field(s) D & E had combined and ran to the pipe into the open ditch.ln
addition the end gun on D field was spray irrigating wastewater into`the open drainage ditch -by Oxendine School Road.
I called Hope Walters and she came out and looked at the problem. She had the picots cutoff and stated she would have
personnel use heavy equipment to stop the runoff.
