A review of the source generating facility, records, and application fields was completed. You and Todd Coe, YVSA, were present during the review of the source generating facility. David Key, US Biosolids, joined us at the application fields. Application activities were not occurring at the time of inspection. This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. A review of the source generating facility, records, and application fields was completed. Zach Key, US Biosolids, and Todd Coe, YVSA, were present during the review of the source generating facility. Mr. Key and David Key, US Biosolids, were present during the review of the application fields. Application was not occurring during the time of inspection. This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. An email was sent on September 22, 2022, requesting the following information by October 3rd: • YVSA TCLP • YVSA 30 day bench test • Field inspection forms for the application event This information was received on October 3, 2022. Mr. Key stated that he will be conducting another 30 day bench scale test as results were not satisfactory. The tanks have 3-4 months of storage. • A composite grab is used for all sample parameters. • Nutrient and metals were sampled on 3/15/2022. • Fecal samples were collected on 3/3/2022. • PAN was calculated to be 28.186 Ibs PAN/dry ton. • The trucks are top loaded on a paved parking lot. • 28 loads have been hauled so far.
