Based upon the information submitted, the stormwater management plan has been approved with the following stipulations: 1. Please p--ovide a nitrogen offset payment in the amount of $53,495.74 to the "North Carolina Ecosystem Enhancement Pond" (focmcrly known as the Wetland Restoration Fund) to buy down 166.2 Ibs of nitrogen export. Tlie payment and a copy of the stormwateY management plan approval letter should be sent to the attention of Kelly Williams at the following address: NC DENR EEP 1652 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1652 2. Please address the following comments regarding the. attenuation facilities prior to recordation of the final plat: a. Please provide recorded drainage and access easements to and around each pond. b. Please provide recorded Inspection and Maintenance Agreements for each device. Draft copies of the Inspectionatad Maintenance Agreements should be provided prior to recordation. 3. Please provide a 5' drainage easement on all interior lot lines as part of the final plat to address any future cross lot run-off . 4. Please be advised that the proposed storm sewer system located within the future NCDOT ROW has not been reviewed. It is the responsibility of the design engineer and the developer to verify that the system has been designed adequately. 5.
