Subject: Sunset Bluffs - Herbert Akins Road Realignment
On July 21, 2014, the Division of Water Resources sent the attached letter requesting additional information in order to
continue processing the 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. To date, we have not received a
response to this request. Please provide the requested additional information or a date when you anticipate that the
additional information will be provided by October 31, 2014. If we do not receive a response by the above date, the
application will be returned. The return of the project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval,
including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
