I returned Jimmy Ellington's phone today, October 3, 2022, at 9:30 am. He informed me that they
have one rotor that is out of service in each of their 4 oxidation ditches. He stated that he has
Kruger coming in October 14, 2022, to give an estimate of what it will cost to repair the rotors and
rehabilitate the oxidation ditches. The ditches and rotors have been in service for 29 years, 5 years
past the life expectancy. He will present the findings to the Town Board when he has the results
of findings.
