sanitary sewer located in an area next to N Tryon St. The corridor extends to the north, parallel to Derita Branch and into forested
uplands and wetlands adjacent to Derita Branch. The sewer crosses 1-85 and extends north to N Graham St. and W Sugar Creek
Rd.

The existing sanitary sewer has reached capacity and is at the end of its design life. The Derita Branch Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Phase 1 is underway and will continue the required sewer improvements as Derita Branch Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Phase 2.
