Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: The proposed Derita Branch Tributary Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project Phase 2 corridor alignment starts from the existing sanitary sewer located in an area next to N Tryon St. The corridor extends to the north, parallel to Derita Branch and into forested uplands and wetlands adjacent to Derita Branch. The sewer crosses 1-85 and extends north to N Graham St. and W Sugar Creek Rd. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: 3.18 acres 3c.
