It was brought to our attention that there was a typo in the issued cover letter and permit regarding the expiration date
of the permit. The correct expiration date for the permit should be September 20, 2027 (five years after issuance of the
permit per 15A NCAC 02H .1043(5)). Please disregard the cover letter and permit sent out on 9/20/2022.
We have revised the cover letter and permit accordingly, attached the revised documents, updated our permitting
database, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Good Afternoon,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete, Stormwater Management Permit
Authorization to Construct (ATC) Application for the subject project on September 2, 2022. Staff review of the plans and
specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in
Title 15A NCAC 21-1.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding ATC Permit No. SWA000163, dated September 20, 2022, for the
construction of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance
and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency
permits that may be required.

The original signed permit package and plans are being mailed to the permittee, Joe Teague, at the following address

Reminder: Please be aware that per 15A NCAC 02H .1044(2), the Erosion & Sediment Control (E&SC) permit for this site
