Upon receipt of the NCI]W0^s Buffer Authorization Certification,EBP will transfer funds from the NCZ)OT2984 Fund into the Riparian Restoration Buffer Fund. Upon completion of transfer payment,NCDOT will have completed its riparian buffer mitigation responsibility for TIP Number 8-25\4C. Subsequently, BEP will conduct u review of current NCI)OTELF Program mitigation projects iu the river basin 10 determine if available buffer mitigation urcddu exist.
