Below are the answers to your questions: 1. know how long your shoreline is (in linear feet)? I--- The shoreline is about 50 feet. 2. How many feet above and below the high water mark you want to install rip rap for stabilization? - I would like to install riprap for stabilization, for about 175 sq feet (3.5 feet wide {1 foot below high watermark and 2.5 feet above the high watermark} and 50 feet length). 3. If you are proposing dredging, then exactly how large of an area (in square feet) are you talking about dredging? -- Yes, I need to dredge about 1,600 sq feet. The material from the lake will be spread throughout the property (lot 7 & 8), since I haven't completed the final landscaping. Also, please see attached is the completed form, Please let me know if you need additional information. First, I need to know how long your shoreline is (in linear feet). Second, I need to know how many feet above and below the high water mark you want to install rip rap for stabilization. Third, if you are proposing dredging, then exactly how large of an area (in square feet) are you talking about dredging? If you would like to pursue dredging, where will all of that material be removed to? I've attached a form that should be included in any dredge that is to be performed. Please fill this out and return it to me. Similarly, I don't approve docks. You will need to apply with Duke Energy for the approval of a new dock. If you could get all of this information to me, that would be most appreciated. 1 Doug Perez DWR bh lu *f W j r Rc-4ourts Doug Perez — Environmental Specialist NC Dept. of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Division of Water Resources - Water Quality Regional Operations 610 East Center Ave., Suite 301, Mooresville, NC 28115 Phone: (704) 2,35-2,162, Fax: (704) 663-6040 E-mail correspondence to and from this address may be subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties unless the content is exempt by statute or other regulation. 2 DREDGE SPOIL DISPOSAL FORM Project Name/address: !
