Larger events will Overtop via the "level spreader" into the buffer area. Out of the box, but he is the engineer. Also there may be changes since the bmp is inside the county buffer. From: Devane, Boyd Sent: Tuesday, October 28, 2014 2:28 PM To: Johnson, Alan Subject: RE: stormwater help There is something very weird about the sw design. He has a concrete lip for the dry basin overflow and is claiming it is a level spreader and is getting 40% sediment removal credit. Should I call him and try to figure out what's going on? From: Johnson, Alan Sent: Tuesday, October 28, 2014 1:17 PM To: Devane, Boyd Subject: RE: stormwater help I "reviewed" the project. SW not required by the town, but required by the 401. One of those "hangovers" from the recession. Now the town is involved because the bmp is located in their buffer. So we will see where that goes. From: Devane, Boyd Sent: Tuesday, October 28, 2014 1:01 PM To: Johnson, Alan Subject: RE: stormwater help There is a copy of the PCN on Lazerfische but no O &M there. The PCN says the project is less than 24% but then it says that a stormwater plan will be reviewed by Kannapolis /concord. Do you know if it will be reviewed by the local government? Also, why did we only get one copy to review?
