Please advise the facility's Operator-in-Responsible Charge (ORC) of our findings by forwarding a copy of the enclosed report and thank him and the laboratory staff at the water treatment plant for their assistance during the site inspection. DMRs were reviewed for August 2013 through July 2014. No limit violations were reported and all monitoring frequencies were correct. Please use the following parameter codes on future DMR submissions;turbidity(00076). The submitted DMRs have noted Pace Analytical, Inc. (#12) and Environmental Testing Solutions. Inc. (#600) as the certified laboratories used for permit required analytical support. Please add the Lincoln County WTP(certification#5025)as a certified laboratory on future DMR submissions. Page# 6
