I. Public Notice;Water Quality Certification for Schultheiss-951 Sagamore Drive; 20211019 Ver 2; Franklin County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on September 29, 2022 Arthur Schultheiss(4214 Miladies Ln, Doylestown,
PA 18902) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification,
pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this
certification is sought regards Bank Stabilization &Shoreline Stabilization (sills, rip rap).The DWR's proposed
date of final action on the application is October 30, 2022.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
October 30, 2022. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
