Over, the past two years of evaluations'at •Campbell Soup I have observed the soil does is not capable of handing that much wastewater every day due to the large amount of ponding that stays on the fields everyday. Secondly, I would like to include in their new permit that they must check the. spray irrigation' system every two hours while it is'in operation and record this in a maintenance log for my review during inspection much like the hog farm permits have. And lastly their new permit should define where their flow meters should be mounted to reflect accurate flow into the • system arid accurate flow that is sprayed so that the NDMR matches the NDAR or somewhere close due to the wastewater that is held in the lines once spray irrigation has stopped.
