Hello Mr. Bolger,
I just wanted to make you aware that 127 Holt Lane is currently under Notice of Violation for the unauthorized impacts of sediment in
the buffer and the lake. Given this, I can't issue any permits until the matter is resolved. I have been in touch with Mr. Honeyman
about it, and he has removed a good amount of sediment from the buffer and mulched it, however I do not yet know if the sediment
has been removed from the lake yet. Given that this concerns the lake, I would also suggest you reach out to Joe Kluttz with Duke
Lake Management to see if he is ok with the work that has been done here. He can be reached at [e-mail]
Until we can say that the matter has been resolved, I will have to place the project on hold.
