(Watts) is submitting the enclosed Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the industrial stormwater permit issued to Watts Regulator Co. (NGC060425). In accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NC DEQ) stormwater discharge permit, Watts is providing this letter to document the 2nd Quarter 2022 monitoring. No stormwater qualitative data was able to be collected during the 2nd qtr. 2022 time period due to inability to achieve representative sampling events during the 2nd quarter period during normal business hours due to timing of rain or extremely dry months.
