Mr. Kahn,
I spoke with you the other week regarding stormwater questions at our operations facility and I have left you a
detailed voicemail in addition. I have not been able to collect samples due to rain events happening after work hours,
adverse weather, and dry weather. I will likely have to report "no flow" on the eDMR. However there is a ground
water contribution to out Outfall 002-1 would it be preferred that a dry weather flow be collected at this site? Thank
you.
